CUSTOM TABLE: Client required a custom granite-topped table that could be easily moved without damaging their luxury vinyl flooring. This was accomplished by dispersing the weight over 100 square inches of contact area with each leg being capped with an integral floor glide.
NOTE: No metal fasteners were used in the fabrication process. Table is constructed using only interlocking joinery and industrial adhesives.
CUSTOM FILET BOARD: Using 1″ thick HDPE marine plastic for the base and 1/2″ thick LDPE marine plastic for the curved vertical backstop, this custom board was designed to exactly match the curved stern section of the client’s boat. The gutter, the inch measurement lines, and all the drainage ports are tapered towards the rear of the board which is itself mounted on two custom-made stainless steel brackets tilted 3 degrees towards the ocean.
CUSTOM CABINET: A number of clients desired to use the spaces within stud cavities located in existing walls. We built many custom cabinets with each cabinet built to the exact dimensions of the space available to maximize storage space without encroaching into existing square footage.

Each cabinet featured a remote controlled motorized rotating Petri dish platen, remote camera zoom, remote lighting control, and microscope access using remote controlled solenoid locking mechanisms.

This process allows for unique corner designs and eliminates and chance of seams separating or cracking. Each frame is coated with an in-house, proprietary, custom blended stone dust finish .
PERSONALIZED LIGHTED SIGNS: Name signs produced out of a solid wood panel. Outer borders coated with an in house, proprietary, custom blended stone dust finish. Letters filled with custom colored translucent epoxy. LED lighting with remote control allowing for dimming and various light patterns.

CUSTOM FABRICATED CEILING INLAY UNIT: Client needed two removable ceiling access panels and a HVAC return located in their upstairs hallway ceiling. We designed a custom, three-section, ceiling inlay unit, with integral LED lighting. The left panel removes for access to HVAC equipment, the right panel removes to allow attic access, the middle panel acts as the HVAC return grill.
FLOATING BOOKCASE: Client wanted a custom floating bookcase. After the initial design was approved we built this bookcase out of Baltic birch plywood using only interlocking joinery. Except for the mounting hardware, no other metal fasteners were used.
NOTE: During the installation the existing wall was discovered to be angled at the left end. We overcame this difficulty by cutting out a section of drywall in the exact shape of the left side of the unit allowing the bookcase to lie com
CUSTOM FRONT DESK AND LIGHTED HANGING SIGN: Desk needed to incorporate an integral display case and the two existing steel square tube pillars. We designed and added two lighted pillar caps, LED toe-kick lighting, lighted display case, and custom hanging sign using the clients existing logo and fonts.
NOTE: The client called for the logo and lettering to be fabricated from solid aluminum material. We suggested using a light-weight material coated with an aluminum powder finish.
3D SKULL PROJECT: Client wanted a life-sized solid wood skull constructed out of white oak wood. The client later added electronics to make this a custom, wall-mounted, digital clock.
CUSTOM ONE-PIECE COMMERCIAL CABINET: Custom cabinet doors with the clients company logo engraved in two of the panels and a surfboard design engraved into four others.
NOTE: All the rails and stiles of the cabinet doors are cut out of a solid wood panel eliminating any future cracking common to paneled cabinetry
